5. Cryptocurrency Transactions
5.1 No Refunds
ALL CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
5.2 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying recipient wallet addresses before sending cryptocurrency

5.3 Platform Commission
ShadowFlirt charges a 5% platform commission on all cryptocurrency gifts. This commission is automatically deducted through smart contracts and is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
5.4 Third-Party Payment Processors
Cryptocurrency transactions are processed through third-party blockchain networks. ShadowFlirt is not responsible for blockchain network failures, delays, or transaction errors.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
